What to Eat if My Pluto is Debilitated?

A balanced, meal-centric approach for those born before September 1989

What should I eat if my Pluto is debilitated, as Pluto in Libra, those born before September 1989, to 1982, with my corrected dates using Vedic dates?

Let’s first explain how Millennials (Pluto in Libra) have higher water retention.

because of higher cortisol levels, Millennials (born before September 1989), tend to eat more carbs.

And the water retention will be increased because Pluto is debilitated.

that’s why you never see a Millennial that is ripped, but you see anyone born September 1989 or after be very ripped at the gym.

Millennials work much harder than Generation Z (born September 1989 or after) at a higher cost to themselves but only relatively slightly more income; they will tend to eat more carbs because carbohydrates lower cortisol levels.

However, Millennials are at higher risk of CKD (kidney failure) and hypertension than any other generation, since Pluto is in Libra, Libra rules the kidneys, and with a higher carbohydrate input the kidneys will be affected.

Let’s explore why

Millennials are twice as likely to take risks in their career and they will always say ‘Yes’ to a boss that has a Pluto in Virgo (Generation Y), or worse, Pluto in Leo (Generation X).

X is the Lord of Leo ironically.

Since Millennials have their Pluto in Libra, they will be very amicable and say ‘Yes’ to everything.

The cost is high carbohydrate intake, which you can see most people on Yelp fit the Millennial age group, (37 and up as of this publishing date of the article), in the morning, lunch, and dinner.

Since Pluto is debilitated, having more water intake in the muscles isn’t a great idea, it doesn’t result in hypertrophy, which is the result of increased protein, and not water absorption or retention.

So what do I do?

Generation Z is more resilient than Millennials (whom Millennials can handle a far higher amount of stress, but at a cost) and Gen Z can handle detoxification in the kidneys better than Millennials.

What you need is a sodium, chlorine, potassium, calcium, and iodine balance, since Libra, of course, is about balance.

I would suggest a low potassium diet, which decreases sodium intake (sorry, bananas),

More meat (all meat has the same proportion of sodium to potassium), less vegetables, which can be toxic esp like Spinach with oxalates to individuals sensitive to them, but in general.

Dogs and cats do not need a salt lick, but herbivores do, like horses and sheep (and Lisa in the Simpsons tv show).

Less carbs, and if you eat rice, eat forbidden rice,

More Vitamin B1 (Thimaine), More B2, and of course, B6 which affects protein synthesis, and B12, plus the addition of Orange or Multicolored, Organic Carrots and Fish (which increase Vitamin A).

It says in C. C. Zain’s Article, that Red Peppers are good, and Mustard (but does not mention Green Jalapenos, but red).

So ironically the best foods to eat (for a Millennial) would be things related to the Mustard plant, including eggs and rye (Yes, pumpernickle!).

While rapeseed or canola oil can be bad, they can opt for Organic Canola Oil a few times week, the irony of course is the idea of using mustard, rapeseed, or canola oil, but I insist it has to be organic and relatively non-high heated.

While using the standard Carnivore Butter / Olive Oil and steak cooking.

Low vegetables, but vegetables, organic, washed clean with a special detergent, to promote health.

If you want to eat Chinese food, do it once a month because it uses peanut oil. (Ironically people in China mostly eat Canola oil, but we are speaking about the United States and abroad).

Millenials

Since carbs (and too much protein) harm the kidneys, a Millennial cannot pursue a full carnivore diet.

Millennials can potentially eat something like this, with very few noodles, so they need to balance the ratio of the noodles with the beef.

What to Eat for a Millennial, born before September 1989 to between 1982

Start with a Carnivore diet, which vastly reduces your insulin sensitivity which is already maxed out,

Add vegetables and macros slowly, don’t eat vegetables that don’t improve your health and make sure they are organic, the standard is green cruciferous vegetables, ideally with high anthocyanin content like purple broccoli, and purple cabbage.

And wash them with a Veggie Wash at Whole Foods.

If you wish to eat a tomato, make sure to blanch it first and remove the skin.

As far as a red jalapeno it takes way more to remove the skin, which requires grilling, so don’t worry about it, if you can’t.

I recommend grilling your red jalapeno or a ripe pepper to remove the skin, and remove the seeds.

Maximize your B1 (Thiamine), B2, B6, and B12 intake, which can be done through supplements and eating meat, which all of the above supports protein synthesis, energy metabolism, and nerve / kidney health.

Don’t eat spinach which is high in oxalates; if you insist on eating spinach, boil it at a fiery heat to remove toxic compounds.

Drink salt water rather than regular water, add Celtic Sea Salt by Selena Naturals or Himalayan Sea Salt to your water or mineral water if you’re not eating.

If you’re eating, and eating lots of salty foods, obviously you don’t need to salt your water, you need a balance because Pluto in Libra requires balance.

Anything mustard is your best bet, mustard seeds, mustard, rapeseed, canola oil (organic) is great.

Sulfur, especially in forms like hydrogen sulfide (and sulfur-containing amino acids (like cysteine, protects the kidneys.

So if you decide to introduce mustard in your diet you can go to Wurstküche in Los Angeles with various types of ground mustard and stone-ground mustard, which your body is deficient in.

If you wish to eat Chinese food, do it once a month since that is usually very heavy in peanut oil, rather than canola. Canola oil, especially organic, is far higher in Monounsaturated Fat, and has a very low ratio of Saturated Fat compared to peanut oil, and has a higher Omega-3 (good fat) to Omega-6 (bad fat) ratio.

You can cook your own Chinese food if you can get a high-quality Canola oil that is relatively not processed (I personally use a jug of Olive Pomace from Graza on a Hexclad 12′ Pan, in which the olive pomace allows me to cook any food up to 475° Fahrenheit).

Also,

Increase B-Vitamin intake through meat, eat lots of red peppers (if possible, which increases Vitamin C content; if you don’t want to do so take an Acerola Cherry supplement), eat forbidden rice (not white or brown rice, but black rice), which slows your GI index and has a high Vitamin B index.

You can potentially benefit from organic, regenerative oatmeal and barley, but that is secondary towards my previous recommendations.

Summary: Eat carnivore-leaning since you already eat too many carbs, if you eat carbs, make sure they are black rice (brown rice isn’t a great substitute but if you are forced to, and you can’t have black rice, then eat brown rice especially during the evening.

I see many people at Yoshinoya buying beef gyudon and white rice to-go; this is a mistake during the evenings, you should buy brown rice.

The irony in this position that eating a carnivore diet hurts your kidneys if you were born between 1982 – 1989, approximately, but you need to optimize your kidney function as well so you can potentially switch between full carnivore and fasting or with vegetables on different days.

If you do carnivore then you have to fast after. If you choose to do a vegetable diet for the remaining days then it is the recovery mode before you eat meat again, to balance between meat (protein synthesis), fasting (fat metabolism) and vegetables (recovery and medicine).

As far as vegetables goes eat the healthiest ones that support your carnivore diet, including green, cruciferous vegetables that have purple color, and asparagus.

And yet,

If you choose to eat vegetarian or vegan, you do need to eat meat once a week, but otherwise, eating a lot of cooked vegetables will help.

Additional Considerations:

Fruits, which I have not mentioned, lemon water squeezed from lemon from a real tree in the morning with Celtic Sea salt, in the morning, to detox the liver, which helps the kidneys.

No Orange Juice, which is high in sugar.

If your Pluto is not debilitated, you can follow the same steps and increase your health.
